If your Dyson V10 or Dyson V11 has a faulty red trigger, and you are not able to repair yourself, you can now send it to us where we will replace your faulty trigger and post it back to you.

The cost for this repair is £49.99 (Includes the trigger, fitting and tracked return postage back) You will need to pay for postage to us, using your chosen courier. This can be easily done through the Royal Mail website or Parcel2go, they can even collect from your address.

You will need to ensure that you wrap the machine well (we only require the handheld unit, no lance, head or charger). Please include your order number, name and address. Please note, if for what ever reason we find the fault to be something else, or other things wrong with the machine then we will contact you to discuss this.
