Express Delivery 1-2 Working Days Tracked £6.95

Standard Delivery Tracked 3-5 Working Days £3.99  


Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail, DPD or Evri Tracked 24. Depending on size of order it might be sent Tracked 48. We select the most suitable service depending on your location, parcel size and weight etc. We only ship to UK addresses.   


Dispatch Time 

We dispatch orders within 1-48 hrs (Mon-Fri, Excluding weekends)

Most items are delivered within 1-2 Working days if being sent by express Delivery

If being sent by standard postage this can take 3-5 days to deliver


Postage

We make nothing on postage, Postage Costs to send your item also includes packaging costs. 

Speed of delivery is up to you on checkout.

Any Part or vacuum over 10 Kg will be sent via Parcel force 24/48Hr and will have it's own set postage on our website.


Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided in this email.


Contact from Courier

We will provide the courier with your contact information (email, Mobile or landline number) in case they need to contact you if there is an issue with delivery.


Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, You will need to contact the Courier your item is being sent with. However when ordering please ensure that you have made arrangements to be home or for there to be safe place your parcel can be left. On occasions Parcel force or Royal Mail might take your parcel to your local post office for collection.


Missing Parcel

Thankfully we rarely get missing parcels, However we know it happens. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of it being dispatched, then please drop us a message and a member of our team will be in touch. Our team is always busy answering phone calls, Serving customers and replying to emails. If you do ot have a response with in 48 hours please give us a call Monday to Friday. 


Damaged In Transit Items

Please report any damaged in transit items within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please note we will ask for photos of the damaged item. So please have these ready when you contact us.
