Delivery Information
To keep things simple we have one Postage & Packaging fee of £3.99 for Parts. This is for tracked uk delivery.
And one Postage & Packaging fee of £9.99 For any Vacuum cleaner Purchased. This is for Uk Tracked 24/48hr
Dispatch Time
We dispatch Orders within 1-2 Working days (Excl Saturday and Sunday)
Most items are delivered within 1-5 days after dispatch, depending on your postcode, road closures etc.
Deliveries
Items will be sent via one of the following couriers:
Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or Hermes/Evri
We will choose which courier to use depending on the order. (based on Size/Weight)
Machines however will always be sent via Parcelforce. Most of the other items will be sent via Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes/Evri
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been posted and a tracking number will be provided in the email.
Contact From Courier
We will provide our couriers where possible with your telephone number so that they can contact you if there is an issue. So if you order a machine from us, please if possible provide a mobile number or landline; this is so Parcelforce can text you a 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery or if they require assistance in finding your address (i.e. if you live in highland areas)
Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery we will do what we can to help. However when ordering please ensure that you have made arrangements to be home or for a safe place for the parcel. on occasion Parcelforce and Royal Mail may take the parcel to your local post office for collection.
Missing Parcel
Thankfully we rarely get missing parcels, however we know it happens. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of it being dispatched then please drop us a message so a member of our team can investigate for you. We aim to have relevant information within 24 hours of your message (providing it has been 7 days from dispatch)
Damaged Items
Please report any damaged in transit items within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered. You can do this via email or phone. Please note: we will ask for photos of the damage, so please have this ready where possible
Non-notification
If you have received no update on your purchase within 1-2 days please contact us so we can see what's happened and follow this up for you.
Postage outside of UK
We can only ship to a UK Address, We do not ship any Parts or Vacuums overseas or internationally. All Parts as well vacuums are UK Spec Only. Any Purchases made where delivery is outside of the UK will be Refunded.
