The brush bar is engineered to shut off for protection if something jams it. If it's not rotating as normal, it may just need resetting

This kit will only fit the DC25 models. It includes the pre -filter located at the top of the cyclone and also the Hepa filter located inside the ball.Both filters should be washed every 3 months, some people may need to do it sooner though.

This toothed belt is located inside the cleaner head and connects the motor to the brush bar cog. Please ensure you have taken your old belt off and confirm there is a fault with it. This is a genuine Dyson part. Please check the number on your belt: 914006-01 and 14006-01-01
